  • Deposits are nonrefundable. Orders must be picked up on the pickup day you specify. If you order for Tuesday pickup, but are unable to pick up on Tuesday, your order will be held until Wednesday, provided that you notify Ward’s by Tuesday at 6PM by email or phone: 781-784-3600. Wednesday orders must be picked up on Wednesday by 6PM. Refunds will not be issued for orders that are not picked up in accordance with this policy.
